A former journalist, Jill is a storyteller and innovative strategist with a successful track record of unifying companies from the inside out – bringing together acquired brands, developing a go-to-market approach, and then aligning operationally to deliver a resonant, tech-enabled brand experience to achieve better business outcomes.
Since taking the helm in 2018, the marketing team has been a catalyst for transformation and growth at Korn Ferry, steering the integration of six M&A acquisitions to drive the internal and external alignment of a new, expanded One Korn Ferry. With digital marketing and data analytics as her guide, Jill has focused on driving engagement at scale by applying more science to the spend. And, with a focus on thought leadership, collaboration and connectedness, rebuilt the marketing tech stack and aligned sales, marketing and business operations teams, systems, tools and processes to drive a 470% increase in marketing influenced revenue at a sustained marketing ROI of 18:1.
Jill joins Korn Ferry from global industrial advisory DEKRA, where she was most recently senior vice president and head of business innovation and strategic marketing. In this role, she led product, service and market expansion and worked seamlessly between their innovation center in Los Angeles and their corporate headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. Prior to this she held senior marketing, innovation and business management positions at Ipsos, NPD and Gallup and sat behind the anchor desk at NBC and other television networks across Louisiana, Kansas, and New York.
Jill is driven to create a more just and equal company and world. While at Ipsos, Jill helped form The Equity Lounge® where, through its signature pop-up experiences, she worked with Fortune 500 companies and impact organizations to advance equality in the workplace. At Korn Ferry, she serves as an executive sponsor of Korn Ferry’s Mosaic Program which is focused on the development of the firm’s diverse future talent, an executive sponsor of Leadership U for Korn Ferry, the firm’s early-career development initiative, and she is a founding contributor to the Korn Ferry Foundation and it’s first initiative, Leadership U for Humanity, which is partnering with community organizations to find, develop and champion one million new diverse leaders globally.
