Steffany joined Covance in 2011 leading global marketing efforts across various roles of increasing responsibility and span of control across the Drug Development continuum of businesses. She also led a company wide, global re-branding exercise across Covance. In 2016, she was promoted to the Global Vice President, Head of Marketing & Strategy for Drug Development leading a team of over 50 people. Recently, she was the interim head for the recently organized growth initiative around developing and launching a differentiated company wide solution in the Oncology space.
In late 2020, Steffany was promoted to Global SVP, of Product Management and Business Segment Growth across Labcorp (including diagnostics and drug development).
Prior to joining Covance, Steffany was with Eli Lilly and Company for 15 years in various roles including sales, sales management, marketing and marketing leadership. She had global/US responsibility and launched several new indications and drugs.
Steffany has focused on differentiating products, developing and delivering innovation, executing content and integrated marketing plans with a strategic focus on digital marketing. She has a passion for focusing on client experiences, content story telling and patient-centricity.
