Why I am judging these awards
There are few areas of marketing more complex and ripe for transformation (and creativity) than B2B…but the category often gets less attention than it deserves. In reality, B2B offers organizations the most prime opportunity to build big ‘E’ Experiences than anywhere else. It’s an arena defined by deep relationship development, long buying cycles, high customer expectations and overwhelming complexity and it demands not just creative partners but partners that can drive transformative change.
What I’m hoping to see is creativity applied to reimagining the entire B2B marketing experience. How can you leverage technology and data to enable sales teams to create more meaningful interactions with their customers? How can you serve B2B clients in a way that not only enables transformation but that drives powerful downstream end consumer experiences (B2B2C)? How can you you help clients evolve from product driven sales organizations to valuable service partners that meet the ever evolving needs of their clients?
