Ok deep breath. We repositioned the agency around four integrated services (strategy, content, data and digital). We won 18 new clients including Slack, Hubspot and a (the) major social network—and significantly expanded our services for clients like Sprint, Salesforce, Open Market and LiveRamp (plus three pro bono clients).
We added people and funded 40 personal development days plus in-house training. Staff retention remained high (80%+).
Our Performance Marketing team grew from £526,000 to £663,000 in revenue by proving our clients turn content into money with spectacular returns and killer KPIs.
We pioneered new ways to tell B2B stories with reusable innovations.
In spite of two major client losses – Xerox (corporate split) and Informatica (palace coup) – we didn’t have a single lay-off, replacing all the revenue.
Most important, we had fun.
And took everyone and their partners to Porto for Christmas.
