With a laser sharp focus on delighting customers and solving their business challenges, Carmel oversees driving awareness, thought leadership and demand for Samsung’s extensive portfolio of software and hardware products and solutions across the United States, as well as training and enablement of sales teams and partners.
Carmel has over 20 years of international consumer and enterprise branding, marketing and communications experience across diverse industries in both mature and emerging markets. She has led high functioning teams delivering game changing results for some of the largest entertainment and technology brands in the world, including Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros., SAP, Sybase and BlackBerry.
Her experience across Europe, Australia, and the United States, brings a unique perspective to business transformation, turnarounds and expansion into new markets, building brand value and growing market share.
Carmel obtained a Bachelor of Business Degree from Royal Melbourne University. She is fluent in Italian and French.
